Wanted: persons with the ability to translate schemas into schema-language-independent prose. A reader of the prose must be able to directly create XML instance documents without consulting the schema and without fluency in the schema language.
Skills required: fluency in XML Schema, Relax NG, DTD, Schematron, and the ability to translate schema code into clear, concise prose.
Wanted: persons with the ability to describe the assembly of simple, independent XML vocabularies — expressed in prose (see above) — into an integrated complex structure. That is, the persons must be able to construct metaschemas.
Skills required: fluency in NVDL.
